SHIPPING POLICY

We typically ship orders out within 2-3 days. For our US customers, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $40 (note that this applies only to the final amount after all discount and promo codes have been applied). This free shipping offer applies exclusively to our economy shipping option. However, if you need your items sooner, we also provide other expedited shipping methods at standard rates.

It's important to note that our delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. When we provide these estimates, they are always given in business days, which means weekends and holidays are not included in the calculation. We appreciate your understanding that actual delivery times may vary depending on various factors.

RETURNS POLICY

At Lilico, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Here's what you need to know about our return process:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
